Serine324/Serine328 (S324/S328) is major phosphorylation site of the IP Prostacyclin Receptor... more

Serine324/Serine328 (S324/S328) is major phosphorylation site of the IP Prostacyclin Receptor (IP). The pS324/pS328-IP antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. S324/S328 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by IP.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine324/Serine328 phosphorylation of the IP Prostacyclin Receptor. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the IP Prostcyclin receptor (IP) were either not exposed or exposed to 10 µM Treprostinil for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS324/pS328-IP antibody (7TM0345B) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-IP antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
