CC Chemokine Receptor 10 Antibodies

The CC chemokine receptor 10 (CCR10) is a receptor for two homeostatic chemokines: CCL27 and CCL28. CCR10 is one of the most important chemokine receptors in the mucosal immune system. CCR5 desensitization, β-arrestin recruitment and internalization are regulated by phosphorylation of carboxyl-terminal threonine353 (pT353-CCR10) and threonine355 (pT355-CCR10) residues. This nomenclature refers to the human CCR10. This phosphorylation motif is highly conserved across species and is also present in mice and rats.
