Bradykinin Receptor Antibodies

Bradykinin receptors (B1 and B2) are activated by the endogenous peptides bradykinin (BK) and Lys-BK (kallidin). Bradykinin is a vasoactive, pain inducing and pro-inflammatory kinin released during acute inflammation, and its receptors, B1 and B2, are expressed on eosinophils, and neutrophils. The B2 antagonist Icatibant (Firazyr) is approved in the US and EU for the treatment of acute attacks of hereditary angioedema.

Agonist-induced Serine366/Threonine369 phosphorylation of the Bradykinin Receptor 2
pS366/pT369-B2 (phospho-Bradykinin Receptor 2...
Serine366/Threonine369 (S366/T369) is major phosphorylation site of the Bradykinin Receptor 2 (B2). The pS366/pT369-B2 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. S366/T369 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in...

B2 (non-phospho-Bradykinin Receptor 2 Antibody)
The non-phospho-B2 receptor antibody is directed against the distal part of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human B2. It can be used to detect total B2 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The non-phospho-B2 antibody...
