The non-phospho-ADGRD1/GPR133 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human ADGRD1/GPR133. It can be used to detect total ADGRD1/GPR133 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The ADGRD1/GPR133 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich ADGRD1/GPR133 receptors from tissue lysates.

Figure 1. Validation of the GPR97/ADGR3G Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the GPR97/ADGRG3 Receptor (GPR97/ADGRG3) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-GPR97/ADGRG3 antibody (7TM0188N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
