GPR27 is an orphan class-A G protein-coupled receptor with high constitutive activity. The endogenous ligand of GPR27 is still unknown. GPR27 belongs to a family of GPCRs which appear to be super conserved and expressed in brain. Thus, GPR27 is also called SREB1.
