The non-phospho-GPR162 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human GPR162. It can be used to detect total GPR162 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The GPR162 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich GPR162 receptors from tissue lysates.
Figure 1. Validation of the GPR162 Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the GPR162 Receptor (GPR162) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-GPR162 antibody (7TM0142N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
