The non-phospho-GPR26 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human GPR26. It can be used to detect total GPR26 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The GPR26 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich GPR26 receptors from tissue lysates.
Figure 1. Validation of the GPR26 Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the GPR26 Receptor (GPR26) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-GPR26 antibody (7TM0096N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
