Threonine337/Threonine339 (T337/T339) is a major phosphorylation site of the FPR3 receptor. The pT337/pT339-FPR3 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to high-efficacy agonists. T337/T339 phosphorylation is a key regulator of FPR3 desensitization, β-arrestin recruitment and internalization.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine337/Threonine339 phosphorylation of FPR3 Receptor. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the FPR3-Receptor (FPR3) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of specific FPR-Receptor agonist WKYMVm for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT337/pT339-FPR3 antibody (7TM0224B) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with the phosphorylation-independent anti-FPR3 antibody (7TM0224N) at a dilution of 1:1000 to confirm equal loading of the gel.
