Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine338/Threonine342 phosphorylation of MCH1 Receptor. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the MCH1-Receptor (MCH1) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of MCH1-Receptor agonist MCH for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS338/pT342-MCH1 antibody (7TM0280A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-MCH1 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
