Threonine344/Serine349 (T344/S349) is major phosphorylation site of human GPR132 receptor. The pT344/pS349-GPR132 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. T344/S349 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by GPR132.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine344/Serine349 phosphorylation of GPR132. Upper panel, HEK293 cells transiently expressing the human GPR132-Receptor were either not exposed (vehicle) or exposed to 100 nM of specific GPR132-Receptor agonist 9-HODE for 5 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT344/pS349-GPR132 antibody (7TM0128B) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-GRP132 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
