The non-phospho-GPR146 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human GPR146. It can be used to detect total GPR146 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The GPR146 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich GPR146 receptors from tissue lysates.
Figure 1. Validation of the GPR146 Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the GPR146 Receptor (GPR146) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-GPR146 antibody (7TM0133N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
