Threonine335/Serine337 (T335/S337) is a major phosphorylation site of the Chemerin receptor 2 (CMKLR2). The pT335/pS337-CMKLR2 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to high-efficacy agonists. T335/S337 phosphorylation is a key regulator of CMKLR2 desensitization, β-arrestin recruitment and internalization.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine335/Serine337 phosphorylation of Chemerin Receptor 2. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the Chemerin Receptor 2 (CMKLR2) were either not exposed or exposed to 100 nM Chemerin for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT335/pS337-CMKLR2 antibody (7TM0082B) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-CMKLR2 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
