Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine355 phosphorylation of GPR183. Upper panel, HEK293 cells transiently expressing the human GPR183-Receptor were either not exposed (vehicle) or exposed to 100 nM of specific GPR183-Receptor agonist 7α,25-OHC for 5 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS355-GPR183 antibody (7TM0081C) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-GRP183 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
