The non-phospho-ACKR2 receptor antibody is directed against the distal part of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human ACKR2. It can be used to detect total ACKR2 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The non-phospho-ACKR2 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich ACKR2 receptors from cell and tissue lysates.

Figure 1. Validation of the Atypical Chemokine Receptor 2 in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the Atypical Chemokine Receptor 2 (ACKR2) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-ACKR2 antibody (7TM0314N-WB) at a dilution of 1:1000.
Figure 2. Immuncytochemical validation of the Atypical Chemokine Receptor 2 in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the Atypical Chemokine Receptor 2 (ACKR2) were immunocytochemical stained with the phosphorylation-independent anti-ACKR2 antibody (7TM0314N-WB) at a dilution of 1:200.
