The non-phospho-C5a1 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of mouse C5a1. It can be used to detect total C5a1 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The non-phospho-C5a1 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich C5a1 receptors from cell and tissue lysates.

Figure 1. Validation of the mouse Complement C5a Receptor 1 in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the mouse Complement C5a Receptor 1 (C5a1) were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-C5a1 antibody (7TM0032MN-GP) at a dilution of 1:1000.
