Threonine335 (T335) is a major phosphorylation site of the FPR2 receptor. The pT335-FPR2 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to high-efficacy agonists. T335 phosphorylation is a key regulator of FPR2 desensitization, β-arrestin recruitment and internalization.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine335 phosphorylation of FPR2 Receptor. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the FPR2-Receptor (FPR2) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of specific FPR-Receptor agonist fMet-Leu-Phe for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT335-FPR2 antibody (7TM0223A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-FPR2 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
