The NPSR antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human Neuropeptide S Receptor. It can be used to detect total NPS receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The NPSR antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich NPS receptors from cell and tissue lysates.

Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the Neuropeptide S Receptor (NPSR) were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-NPSR antibody (7TM0302N) at a dilution of 1:1000. Note, NPSR forms stable multimers.
