The non-phospho-S1P4 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human S1P4. It can be used to detect total S1P4 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The S1P4 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich S1P4 receptors from tissue lysates.

Figure 1. Validation of the S1P4 Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the S1P4 Receptor (S1P4) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-S1P4 antibody (7TM0278N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
