The non-phospho-5-HT6 receptor antibody is directed against the distal part of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human 5-Hydroxytryptamine Receptor 6 (5-HT6). It can be used to detect total 5-HT6 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The non-phospho-5-HT6 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich 5-HT6 receptors from cell and tissue lysates.

Figure 1. Validation of the 5-Hydroxytryptamine Receptor 6 in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the 5-Hydroxytryptamine Receptor 6 (5-HT6) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-5-HT6 antibody (7TM0011N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
