Threonine347 (T347) is major phosphorylation site of the FFA Receptor 4 (FFA4). The pT347-FFA4 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. T347 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by FFA4.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine347 phosphorylation of the FFA Receptor 4. Upper panel, Flp-In TREx 293 harbouring human FFA4-eYFP induced to express the receptor construct were treated with vehicle or 10 µM TUG-891 for 5 min. Cells were lysed and receptor construct enriched with a GFP-trap, before immunoblotting with the anti-pT347-FFA4 antibody (7TM0127A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with a phosphorylation-independent anti-GFP antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
