The non-phospho-M3 receptor antibody is directed against the distal part of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human M3 Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor (M3). It can be used to detect total M3 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The non-phospho-M3 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich M3 receptors from cell and tissue lysates.

Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor (M3) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-M3 antibody (7TM0015N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
