Threonine369/Serine370 (T369/S370) is major phosphorylation site of the EP4 Prostanoid Receptor (EP4). The pT369/pS370-EP4 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to agonists. T369/S370 phosphorylation is likely to be involved in efficient ligand sequestration by EP4.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine369/Serine370 phosphorylation of the EP4 Prostanoid Receptor. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the EP4 Prostanoid receptor (EP4) were either not exposed or exposed to 10 µM Misoprostol for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT369/pS370-EP4 antibody (7TM0343A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-EP4 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
