Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the Proteinase-Activated Receptor 1 (PAR1) were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-PAR1 antibody (7TM0347N) at a dilution of 1:1000. Note, PAR1 forms stable multimers.
