Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine314/Threonine315 phosphorylation of GPR55. Upper panel, HEK293 cells transiently expressing the human GPR55-Receptor were either not exposed (vehicle) or exposed to 100 nM of specific GPR55-Receptor agonist PSB18251 for 5 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT314/pT315-GPR55 antibody (7TM0109A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-GRP55 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
