Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine364/Serine366/Serine368 phosphorylation of the Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor 4. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the S1P4-Receptor (S1P4) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of S1P4-Receptor agonists S1P for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS364/pS366/pS368-S1P4 antibody (7TM00278A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-S1P4 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
