Threonine363 (T363) is a major phosphorylation site of the CCR6 receptor. The pT363-CCR6 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to high- and low-efficacy agonists and after PKC activation. T363 phosphorylation is a key regulator of CCR6 desensitization, β-arrestin recruitment and internalization.

Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine363 phosphorylation of the Chemokine Receptor 6. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the Chemokine Receptor 6 (CCR6) were either not exposed or exposed to 100 nM specific Chemokine receptor 6 agonist CCL20 for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT363-CCR6 antibody (7TM0063C) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-CCR6 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
