Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine359/Serine361/Serine363 phosphorylation of the Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor 5. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the S1P5-Receptor (S1P5) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of S1P5-Receptor agonists S1P for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS359/pS361/pS363-S1P5 antibody (7TM00279B) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-S1P5 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
