Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine351/Serine353 phosphorylation of the Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor 1. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the S1P1-Receptor (S1P1) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of S1P1-Receptor agonists S1P for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS351/pS353-S1P1 antibody (7TM00275A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-S1P1 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
